That’s the message I pulled from an oracle deck when meditating on some major things going on in my life. And it was exactly the message I needed to hear, as it always is. 
So many times we get caught up in the planning and strategizing for the future that we forget to be present in the moment. 
Without gratitude of the present, I’ve found that reoccurring obstacles keep circulating until I learn it’s lesson. Have you noticed that when you overly focus on a desire or goal and things move along like watching paint dry? It’s because the universe is asking you to let go and trust the timing.

I’ve been having health issues that I can’t se I’ve been having health issues that I can’t seem to heal with my normal ways. I’ve gone to my primary care doctor, naturopathic doctor, specialists, and plenty of testing with no answer in sight. 
I finally made the decision to see an Ayurvedic Doctor from the recommendation of a friend who saw tremendous results with his herbal and dietary treatments. I’ve got my herbs on hand and I cannot wait to see how this heals my body. 
I will keep you guys looped in with my journey. That way it may inspire others to seek help when nobody else has an answer.

I used to have a really difficult time sitting down to write my thoughts and feelings, or even how my day went. Now, when something is bothering me, I write it down, and the energy shift helps me so much. 
It also helps to have an incredibly beautiful journal to be motivated to write in. I got this stunning gold foil journal from Walmart.

What’s stopping you from doing that thing that y What’s stopping you from doing that thing that you love so much but are afraid of what other people might think?
That’s the endless spiral I’ve been in for a minute now. Worrying about what other people ‘might’ think. Not even what people are doing or saying, what they MIGHT say or do if I put this information out. I am now at a point where I’m not truly living if I am wondering what that person over there is going to think about this thing I do. What’s the worst that could happen? People Unfollow you? People say mean things about you?
If we’re being honest with ourselves, it’s our close friends and family that we worry what they think of us most. But maybe the story we tell ourselves in our heads isn’t true at all. At the end of the day, it only matters what we think of ourselves. So what if Karen unfollows you or Uncle Tom disapproves. It doesn’t matter. We’re here to live our lives, fulfill our souls purpose, and have fun.
So next time you worry if people might not like what you’re doing, tell that thought to kick rocks and do what makes your heart sing. If you’re being authentic, you won’t be for everyone and that’s okay! You’ll start attracting people who in your frequency. Let’s vibe together!

Hey guys! 👋🏻 I’ve been gone for a bit si Hey guys! 👋🏻 
I’ve been gone for a bit since I’ve launched my blog, and there’s a reason. I have been doing some healing, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’ve also been working! I have started 200 hr yoga teacher training, which is completely changing my life and requiring a lot of my time (which I love soaking it all up!). I have some other fun projects coming up that are in the works that I can talk about soon. I have decided that for duration of my yoga teacher training that I will be abstaining from alcohol so that my body can properly detox and get back to healthy. The drink you see in the upper left corner video is an adaptogenic, non-alcoholic apéritif. I have actually been really enjoying these drinks and not feeling the effects of alcohol the next day. I’ve never had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, but it never leaves me feeling good the next day. So we’re separating for awhile. I’ve been doing a lot of soul-searching and journaling and preparing content for you guys! I have so much planned for this year. I cannot wait for it to all unfold.

An evening ritual is fantastic for a great nights An evening ritual is fantastic for a great nights sleep. Here are some simple tips if hot herbal tea is a part of your routine or you wish it was.
1. Use loose leaf tea (preferably organic to avoid harmful chemicals used in the growing process) for fresh taste and your favorite blend of herbs
2. Don’t forget to dunk your tea bag/strainer a few times in the hot water for good luck 😉
3. Steep for 10-15 minutes for herbal tea to sufficiently pull all the goodies from those dried herbs.
4. If you prefer your tea sweet, then opt for a natural sweetener such as raw honey or pure maple syrup. Local honey is great for taking allergies and many health benefits too. 
5. Sip and enjoy! Be sure to try blends with chamomile for a sweet drift off to dreamland 😴

When you’re a spiritual Queen but your kids are When you’re a spiritual Queen but your kids are touching every last nerve. It’s hard to stay balanced and keep your cool when your boundaries are constantly being checked by tiny little humans. Kids are great practice for regulating your own emotions in the midst of a shit storm. 
It’s OK to take a time out if you feel like your emotions are becoming too big and you might say something you regret. Tell whoever you’re with that you need to step away for a minute to collect your feelings and then come back when you feel like you can handle the situation. Of course, this only works with older kiddos that can understand you are not abandoning them. With the younger ones, try to ask for a break from your partner, family, or whoever you have supporting you. If you do not currently have support (it happens and sometimes we’re alone), use naptimes and bedtimes as an opportunity for self-care and sometimes that means skipping the dishes or doing laundry later. It can wait.

A tincture is a liquid supplement that can be used for a wide variety of health needs. Herbs are steeped in either alcohol or glycerin and water for several weeks to extract the medicinal properties of those herbs. It’s then strained and, viola!, you have a tincture.

What’s in my natural medicine cabinet? While thi What’s in my natural medicine cabinet? While this is not an exhaustive list these are at the forefront when combating/preventing illness and bug bites!
***always consult with your medical professionals before trying any new vitamins/supplements and for dosing
1. Colloidal silver
You can use this for just about any ailment! Burns, eye infections, ear infections (as long as the ear drum isn’t ruptured. Think any fluid drainage = no drops in the ear!), detoxing, breathing treatments, Etc. 
2. Vitamins C, D3, and zinc
These are key vitamins to boost your immune system! Take daily for staying healthy or up your dosing during an illness to kick that virus to the curb! 
3. Feel better fast
This herbal tincture made by @earthleywellness is excellent for natural fever remedy and it helps with tummy upsets too. Instead of grabbing for Tylenol, which can actually suppress your immune system, try a natural herbal remedy like this to naturally lower a fever. Remember, fevers are good for fighting off illness!
4. Colloidal silver nasal spray and Sinus Saver 
Allergy season is rough and these are my two go to remedies to naturally combat annoying allergy symptoms. Instead of an antihistamine grab Earthleys sinus saver to naturally reduce symptoms. Colloidal silver spray helps with any nasal congestion and runny noses. 
5. Bug bites are a problem out here in Texas country and I always grab my homeopathic remedy Apis as soon as a bite it sting happens. I’ll also follow up with a black drawing salve to pull up any poison. Arnica for any pain associated with the bite. All these combined creates less swelling, itching, and discomfort!

What’s in my natural medicine cabinet? While thi What’s in my natural medicine cabinet? While this is not an exhaustive list these are at the forefront when combating/preventing illness and bug bites!
***always consult with your medical professionals before trying any new vitamins/supplements and for dosing
1. Colloidal silver
You can use this for just about any ailment! Burns, eye infections, ear infections (as long as the ear drum isn’t ruptured. Think any fluid drainage = no drops in the ear!), detoxing, breathing treatments, Etc. 
2. Vitamins C, D3, and zinc
These are key vitamins to boost your immune system! Take daily for staying healthy or up your dosing during an illness to kick that virus to the curb! 
3. Feel better fast
This herbal tincture made by @earthleywellness is excellent for natural fever remedy and it helps with tummy upsets too. Instead of grabbing for Tylenol, which can actually suppress your immune system, try a natural herbal remedy like this to naturally lower a fever. Remember, fevers are good for fighting off illness!
4. Colloidal silver nasal spray and Sinus Saver 
Allergy season is rough and these are my two go to remedies to naturally combat annoying allergy symptoms. Instead of an antihistamine grab Earthleys sinus saver to naturally reduce symptoms. Colloidal silver spray helps with any nasal congestion and runny noses. 
5. Bug bites are a problem out here in Texas country and I always grab my homeopathic remedy Apis as soon as a bite it sting happens. I’ll also follow up with a black drawing salve to pull up any poison. Arnica for any pain associated with the bite. All these combined creates less swelling, itching, and discomfort!
